Happy Days in my words..

Dont know what made me write a blog about a movie..'Happy Days'..it touched my heart somewhere..I went speechless after the movie, as the name justifies, I was 'Happy'. very Happy!

Though the movie ended, it inspired me in many ways. Some of the scenes, like when sravanthi says she is going to leave Tyson to go to U.S, he says, he will come to the same university as a junior..that was so sweeet!
And some scenes like when Appu looks in the mirror and compares herself to Aishwarya..thats very touching!
The last scene where Chandu sits and wonders what did I achieve in my college..the professor says you didnt achieve anything but you prepared to achieve! College days are not just about achieving..its about experiencing life to the fullest!!! which you cannot do in your future..
..there is whole life ahead to achieve..

And Sekhar kammula has similar interests as me in many aspects. His love for simple things like rain, nature, coffee, friendship etc. I noticed in all of his movies..he has a song or a scene with 'Rain', In Anand, he has a song and the beginning starts with a rain. And in Godavari, a song is with Rain too. In Happy Days too, he always talks about 'vedi vedi pakodi'..not to say I am a food freak :) but ingeneral I like Coffee and bajji's which he highlighted in his movies. Anand's caption is 'Coffee lanti cinema', just looking at the coffee cup, I go into a relaxation mode..
He didnt portrait college as a stage for Fashion to display Ralph Lauren, girls, dating, bikes..which are always in a typical college movie. He showed the value of Friendship, innocence and joy. And joy in making friends, good looking teachers ( which are rarely found in a teacher profession) :)..like in this kamilini looked extremely beautiful..her telugu is soo funny..I loved it!!
And Sekhar proved that telugu cinema is not hero based anymore where all you see is bloodshed and heroism and hero chasing a villain and his villain having his family in Nellore or Rayalaseema where you expect more roudies on the way!!! Give me a break!
I come to movies to relax, not to tense and to worry about something!
And I am proud of Sekhar Kammula for creating such a movie in telugu and I will look forward for his next one!
